I’m a 17 year old rock and roll guitarist and singer from Cornwall. I have been inspired by many artists including Brian Setzer and The Stray Cats, Eddie Cochran, Ray Charles and other bands/singers of this kind.

Tega Mendes

Tega Mendes

Tega Mendes is an Indie Soul artist based in London. Growing up surrounded by different styles of music has heavily influenced her sound, as she draws inspiration from jazz, soul, pop and rock. A deeply-rooted love of harmony is evident throughout her arrangements, from the rich layering of melodies to the characterful, and at times, dramatic backing vocal arrangements. Her music has been compared to genre-defying artists such as Lianne La Havas, Laura Mvula and ESKA. A deep thinker with an adventurous approach to composing, she is unafraid to blend quirks with calmness.

The Eco-ModsThe Eco-Mods

The Eco-Mods are a four piece band from North Cornwall, their music is strongly influenced by the environment and the times we now live in. This powerful band now ventures into a stripped back set for smaller venues and introduce new tracks. Since lockdown they have become a three piece (husband and wife duo and Rhythm man Si). They have penned new material reflecting their experiences during lockdown. Be sure to check them out on YouTube This is a fine band.
